About Us
Fair Witness Fancy Drinks opened its doors on East 4th Street as a simple idea: a space that feels like yours. Not a stopover, not a scene — just a room where you can settle in, have a proper drink, and be treated like a neighbor.
By day, it's a café — pour-over coffee, fresh pastries, the quiet hum of morning conversation. By night, the same space becomes something softer and darker, with cocktails built around season and spirit. The same bar. A different rhythm.
We source our beans locally when we can, our spirits with intention, and our ice with more care than most places give anything at all.
Atmosphere
